Delivery terms of goods

Delivery of ordered goods is carried out through a third party courier service Delivery is made to the customer's address within the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad, unless otherwise specified on the site for a particular product/service.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for orders totaling over 70 BGN, in which case the delivery costs are covered by the seller. The seller reserves the right to offer promotional terms under which delivery costs may be covered by the seller.

Before dispatching the ordered goods, the seller has the right to contact the customer at the provided phone number to clarify details of the order and/or delivery. The seller is not responsible for non-fulfillment of an order if the customer has provided incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate personal information, including providing an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or phone number.

Delivery is made within the timeframes described under each delivery option in the ordering interface module. In exceptional circumstances, the seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period and will inform the customer in a timely manner.

Goods are dispatched no later than 2 calendar days from the moment of order and payment completion, unless payment is made upon receipt of the goods.

Order processing includes handing over the orders to the courier company for delivery.

If the ordered goods are not available, order processing may be delayed beyond the specified timeframe, and the seller must notify the customer by phone or in writing. In such cases, the customer is given a new delivery timeframe and the option to cancel the contract or agree to the new delivery conditions.Ordered goods are delivered against a signature.

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and to immediately notify any discrepancies, shortages, or damages. If the customer does not do so, the delivery is considered accepted without objections. The seller reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or their conditions at any time by publishing the available delivery and payment methods on the website without further notice.
