Terms of delivery

The ordered goods are delivered by a third-party courier service.
Delivery is made to the Consumer's address within the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad, unless otherwise stated on the website for a specific product/service.

Delivery costs are borne by the Consumer. For orders with a total value over €30 delivered to a BOXNOW locker, delivery costs are covered by the Merchant. For delivery to an address, delivery costs remain the Consumer's responsibility regardless of the order value. The Merchant reserves the right to offer promotional terms under which it covers the delivery costs.

Before dispatching the ordered goods, the Merchant has the right to contact the Consumer at the phone number provided, in order to clarify details of the order and/or delivery.
The Merchant is not liable for failure to fulfill an order where the Consumer has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or phone number.

Delivery is made within the timeframes stated under each delivery option in the order form. In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period, informing the Consumer of this in good time.

Goods are dispatched no later than 2 calendar days after the order is placed and payment is completed, where payment is not made on receipt of the goods.

Order processing includes handing the orders over to a courier company for delivery.

If the goods ordered by the Consumer are not in stock, processing of the order may take longer than the period stated above, and the Merchant shall notify the Consumer of this by phone or in writing. In such a case, the Consumer is given a new delivery date and the option to withdraw from the contract or to accept the delivery terms.
Ordered goods are delivered against signature.

The Consumer must inspect the goods at the moment of delivery and immediately report any discrepancies, missing items or damage found. If the Consumer fails to do so, the delivery is deemed accepted without objection.

The Merchant reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or their terms at any time by publishing the available delivery and payment methods on the website, without further notice.
