About us
My story
My name is Dimitar (Dimmy), and Levski is my hometown. I came back here from the capital, bringing my childhood dream with me – to build my own farm. I inherited my love for the land from my grandfather, also named Dimitar. He taught me that with persistence, hard work and determination, anything can be achieved.
My grandfather didn't live to see what I have today. I know he would have been proud – of me, of the orchards and of my products.
I'm an agronomist. My aim is not only to run my own farm, but also to help other farmers grow cleaner, better-quality fruit and vegetables, so that Bulgaria has more local production.
Now, at 24, I have Dimmy’s Farm. I grow plum trees of 5 varieties. We use the harvest for fresh and dried fruit, and to make jams, sauces and other traditional and innovative products.
People say I've achieved quite a lot. Maybe so. My dream now is to buy up produce from local growers, so that even more families, in Bulgaria and abroad, can enjoy farm products with a guaranteed origin.
