About us

My history

My name is Dimitar (Dimmy), and Levski is my hometown. After living in the capital, I returned here to fulfill a childhood dream — to create my own farm. My love for the land is something I inherited from my grandfather, also named Dimitar. He taught me that with consistency, hard work, and perseverance, anything can be achieved.

My grandfather is no longer here to see what I’ve built, but I know he would be proud — proud of me, my gardens, and the fruits of my labor.

I am an agronomist by profession. My goal is not only to manage my own farm, but also to help other farmers grow higher-quality fruits and vegetables, so that Bulgaria can enjoy more locally produced food.

Now, at 24 years old, I have founded Dimmy’s Farm, where I grow five varieties of plum trees. The harvest is used to produce fresh and dried fruit, as well as jams, sauces, and other traditional and innovative products.

People say I’ve achieved a lot — and perhaps that’s true. But my dream continues to grow: I want to support local farmers by purchasing their produce, so that even more families in Bulgaria and abroad can enjoy farm products with a guaranteed, authentic origin.
