In the set you’ll find both of our plum sauces — different in character, equal in quality. Both are made from plums and a spice mix with jalapeño — not to burn, but to "wake up" the flavor of the meat. 🌶️ Spicy Plum Sauce is appetizingly spicy, with a light sweetness that surprises. 🔥 Hot Plum Sauce has a richer, bolder character.

These aren’t sauces for chili-heat connoisseurs. They’re sauces for people who want something different from ketchup and the standard smoky "barbecue sauce". What you get here is a deep, fruity 🍑 /NOT smoky/ flavor with character that stays with you after the last bite.

How to use it?

A marinade or glaze for meat — perfect with red meat, great with chicken too.
For burgers — spread it on straight or mix it with mayonnaise for a homemade burger sauce.
With cheeses and grilled vegetables — a warm evening, a wooden board, good company.
